Should the Corbett Bill be replicated to other states? (or Where There's Smoke There's Fire)
The Corbett Bill became CCP 1281.96 - the California Code of Civil Procedure that mandates companies such as the National Arbitration Forum, provide summaries of their arbitration activities.
Give the vast amounts of negativity (just google them!) surrounding the National Arbitration Forum, it just might be a good idea.
