10. If you ignored the letter from the National Arbitration Forum, they rubber-stamped the arbitration in favor of MBNA Card Services, or FIA Card Services. If this has happened contact us NOW and fight back since this may have been done ILLEGALLY
11. Once they received the (perhaps illegal) Arbitration Award, the law firm of Patenaude & Felix, or Wolpoff and Abramson, or GORDON & WONG LAW GROUP, will go to court against you with a Petition to Confirm Arbitration. If this has happened contact us NOW and fight back since the ARBITRATION may have been outside what the law allows.
12. If you have been hiding from the growing stack of dunning letters, notices, and phone calls, you may be avoiding answering the door as well! The court grants the Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award to MBNA, or FIA or whichever credit card company is involved. If this has happened contact us NOW and fight back since the arbitration award may not be valid (Do you remember agreeing to arbitration with your credit card company? Chances are great the answer is "NO".)
14. Once the Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award is granted by the court, you now have a JUDGMENT against you. Wolfpoff and Abramson, Patenaude and Felix, or whomever the bank has hired, will now file a LIEN at the county recorders office against you and your property. (Now you unsecured credit card debt is converted to a secured lien!) If this has happened contact us NOW and fight back. If the whole chain of events has PROGRESSED TO THIS POINT AND THE ARBITRATION WAS NOT AGREED TO BY YOU, now you have a cloud on your real estate title that may be ILLEGAL as well.
