Down the Arbitration Path
What is a typical path? (substitute your credit card carrier for MBNA if necessary)
1. You fall behind and stop paying MBNA
2. After a certain time period, MBNA by law charges this off their books
3. The charged-off accounts are packaged and sold to the debt collection industry
4. You begin to receive collection phone calls and letters from from debt collectors.
5. By this time, perhaps you have been ducking their calls by caller ID
6. You may be 'ignoring ' their mail, in total despair
7. If you have a lot of credit card accounts in default, the stack is beginning to get bigger.
8. Eventually, the bill collector follows through on their threats to sue you
9. Alternatively, Wolpoff and Abramson will invoke a supposed ARBITRATION using the National Arbitration Forum and send you a letter. If this has happened contact us NOW and fight back!
